Our thermal aging test chamber, also known as high temperature burn-in oven, is a closed temperature-controlled cabinet, designed to perform accelerated aging tests under stable high-temperature environment for PCBA, power supplies and electronic modules.

This thermal aging test chamber adopts a fully enclosed insulated cabinet structure with precise temperature control system. It comes with a visual observation window and heavy-duty safety door lock. Built-in control panel supports timer setting, independent circuit switches and status indicator lights. The equipment creates stable high temperature environment to carry out accelerated burn-in screening, to expose early failure of electronic products before shipment. It is widely used for power adapters, PCBA boards, LED drivers and small electronic modules. Custom internal chamber size and temperature range are available upon request.
